One of the easiest ways to make money online is data entry---IF you can find a legitimate website that isn't just looking to scam you. There are hundreds of websites that want to charge you hundreds of dollars to teach you how to do data entry work from home.

These sites claim that you simply fill out easy forms for any where between $5 - $8 per completed form. They claim that you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars each week and you can determine your financial freedom based on how many forms you can fill out each day. There are pictures of beautiful homes, in-ground swimming pools, sports cars, hot vacation spots...a true life of luxury. Oh, and don't forget the heartfelt story of how they got to where they are: broke, penniless, homeless and then WoW! This miracle job came along and they are living like Donald Trump.

I'm going to share a little secret with you....They are LYING to you!!!

A majority of these sites that are trying to sell you a "how-to" data entry job are really selling you a "how-to" guide on affiliate marketing. They teach you how to find a product to promote and then the filling out the forms is actually signing up for a bazillion article sites where you have to write an article to try and sell your product. And guess what?? The only way you make any money is if you actually sell the product you are promoting. You'd have to promote hundreds of products and write hundreds of articles per product just to get noticed. It's time consuming and doesn't guarantee any money.

So, how can you make money doing data entry?? Trust me, there are websites that do pay you for simple data entry that don't charge you anything to work for them. One site in particular I have been working with for over a year is legitimate. They pay out on a weekly basis via a paper check and they are always prompt with payment.

This site does not advertise and the only way people find out about it is via word of mouth. Simply visit the link above and sign up for an account. They will send you a confirmation email and ask you to take a typing test to determine your accuracy and this will also determine your pay rate. As a mom of 5 kids, it can be extremely difficult, if not near impossible to work outside of the home. By the time I pay for childcare and gas I would only be bringing pennies home each week. In my mind, it's not worth it financially or otherwise. So, like many people in the world I have turned my attention and energy towards making money online.

Now, I am college educated but I don't know much about marketing or affiliate marketing or keywords or SEO or any of that other stuff. But, I have taught myself enough to actually make money to help support my family.
